Why do we have to put it anywhere? The technology and the facility have been arround
for years to recycle it. The US government has prohibited the procedure for some
unknown reason. I suppose that its one of those things that they regulate because no
one gets too upset. The general population is against nuclear energy mostly due to
ignorance and misinformation than an informed decision.
