Not so much the fault of the moving antenna, rather the problem
(if it exist) lies with the apalling lack of foresight of the 
radio designer who might have limited the capture range of the 
19 kilohertz sub-carrier used (when doubled) to reinsert the 
38 kilohertz subcarrier in the 'difference' channel.

 When people limit their transmission systems in this way to deep
sub-luminal relative velocities, one recalls - 
'without vision, the people perish' ??
