I copied the URL given here, taking care to exclude the leading ">" and
trailing ">" symbols.
 I pasted this to a web browser which was able to locate the page without
difficulty.

I will assume you did the same, with different results. Why?
Several possibilities.
* Bill Gray just changed his web address.
* I sometimes found Texas internet routes a little fractious - but Austin
should be 24 karat Gold!

All I can offer is: Try again...
