The spring force varies from 0 to 6N. Newton's 3rd still holds.
Consider a mass on the end of the (massless) spring on which both you
and the spring act. You apply 6N to mass. Mass applies 6N to you.
Spring applies 0 to 6N to mass. Mass applies 0 to 6N to spring.
There is a net force of something toward you on the mass. THEREFOR
the mass accelerates. (Unless you do something it will overshoot
the position 3x)
