Why not do what Galileo did? Slow the motion down by using an air-trackThis sounds like an excellent idea - no varying angular momentum factors
tilted at a measured angle.
We do this and use photogate timing, but it should be easy to set this up
for videotaping by increasing the size of the ruled scale along the track.
