Hi, Alex,

My guess is that relatively few people have.
I think that NIST may still maintain a bank of standard cells,   but that
the Josephson frequency voltage quotient
(2e/h) = 4.8359767(14) x10^14V^-1  has replaced the use of standard cells
almost everywhere.
