Howdy,

If you mean MooV file (i.e., quicktime movie format) you can use
GraphicConverter.  It is shareware available at your local Info-Mac
archive.  A really great program.

Once you have a MooV file there may be other converters to .mov (PC movie?)
format from MooV format.
