The only "silly" questioin I can remember ws during an exam in a large room.
I hade to crawl over ten or fifteen students to reach the
fellow with his hand up.
the exam question mentionned a metre stick in a torque question.
"How long is the metre stick?' he asked, followed immediately by
"oh."
But the older I get , the less I think of it as a stupid wuestion.
