This is one of the most truly discouraging stories I've heard since I've
been in education.  I'm sure that most of us
spend a small fortune buying stuff for our classrooms.  Without our
out-of-pocket expenses, I don't know what we would do to keep things
working.  Administrators are, indeed, small-minded people!
