Attachments (Was: Human Body ...)

This message came with an attachment - I thought that attachments were forbidden an a
mailing list, as they can distribute viruses. In this case, the attachment is of the
"inline" kind, certifing that the msg is virus-free. But, how can I trust such a
certificate? Surely a virus can fake it. Or not?
