Hmmm...what conclusions can we come to here...

1. Schools want to offer less for the same cost - I guess schools are
there to make money.

2. Students want to learn less for the same cost - I guess students are
there to make money (and thus seek the shortest route).

3. Teachers want to work longer for the same pay - I guess teachers are
there to teach students (it certainly doesn't appear to be to make money).
