correction on static friction

Hi all-
Dave Bowman has kindly pointed out to me that
when I wrote:

... In particular they don't
understand the physical implication of the statement that the
frictional force from static friction is >= mu*f_normal, with
emphasis on the ">". ...

I obviously meant to have < signs above rather than > signs.
On the other hand, the original version would make life
on earth much more exciting.
