In the present (April) issue of Physics Today there is an article about the
report entitled _Overcoming Inertia: High School Physics in the 1990's_.
It states that you can get a single copy free by e-mailing. However,
after many attempts, I called, only to find that the address is incorrect.
According to the person at AIP, the correct address is:
jcabrera@aip.acp.org
(The acp part was left out in the article.) The report is intriguing. You
might want to read it.
