[Phys-L] Is it cost that prevents tritium oxide removal from Fukushima waste water?

The diff. in freezing is very great, so why not use zone refining, or 
directional freezing?  BP is also quite different,  

bc  wonders what its taste is.  and he used dir. freezing to purify methane and 
 polonium induced ionization as a measure of its purity.  


Curiously didn’t find the activity of the waste water.
