[Phys-L] On the virtue of algavory.

Asparagopsis has been studied at U Melbourne & elsewhere for a year or more.It seems that the world herd of cows is responsible for more methane emissions than thetotal product of all road vehicles. Surprising to read that the addition of less than 1% of this seaweed to their diet  reduces their methane emission by more than 98%  Methane is an energetic gas, and when it is retained, the livestock's weight increases more quickly. Not surprising then that commercial farming of this red seaweed is increasing.
SO  much better than releasing plumes of acid  gas into the atmosphere, or  machineabsorption of CO2.
