Re: [Phys-L] Textbook recommendations

You might look here:

I have read very small parts of the physics text, and I have used some of
the drawings in my lab manuals. I can't say much else about the book, but
the price is right.

Hello,

We are looking to replace one of our text books. It's for a
college-track/honors class but definitely want a high school level book and
definitely algebra-based. Also, would like a more math-y feel than Hewitt.

Does anyone have a book they particularly recommend? Like an easier
version of Wilson's College Physics? (I find that one to be very nicely
written but it's above the level of the group this is intended for.)

Thank you,

Phil
