You might also try Physics Toolbox by Vieyra software. They have accelerometer apps as well as other apps for accessing other sensors. A colleague and I wrote our own but Toolbox is better.

Under "apps gone free" on May 12 is lists an app called
Math Studio Express
which calculates and plots graphs.

From what I can tell, it has some real value.
