But iceberg melting does not contribute to sea level rise. It is a
combination of increasing temperature of water and the added water from
glaciers supported on land. Greenland and Antarctica melting contribute,
but the arctic ice sheet does not. A more accurate term about icebergs
would be the sea level rises as they are calved, much as your drink rises
when you add ice to it.

So they only got it half right.

V. recently (yesterday?) PBS News Hour broadcast a long
examination of a Florida's city acceptance of rising sea and
their mitigation plans Including appropriated $$!!! The
presenter, and / or, IIRC, interviewed gave the cause to
iceberg melting and the expansion due to increased temp.
