Gaaack! On 01/07/2014 02:08 PM, I didn't follow my own advice.
Remember: The same logic produces opposite answers when applied
at the surface and then re-applied aloft.
What I should have said is:
pressure and pressure and
vertical circulation at circulation
latitude flow SURFACE ALOFT
-------- -------- -------------- ------------
60° rising low, CCW high, CW
90° descending high, CW low, CCW
Sheesh. Sorry. I've been kinda distracted lately.
