Definitely at the HS level, where I teach. Physics really is about
everything kids experience, and is so counterintuitive (e.g., forces),
Kids often share about biology and memorization, chemistry and the
periodic table and atoms they can't see. But physics is very practical and
really hits the core of their critical thinking skills. It is difficult
and perhaps the most challenging class a kid ever takes.

Well, maybe at the HS level. Since The J. Am. chem. Soc. April 1931
published the "Nature of the Chemical Bond" it's been difficult for
chem. students.

bc's chem. partner in a C-14 dating system couldn't cut the QM and so was
on his own.
