Hmmmm    .Making concrete....say the  fuselage weighs 10,  and  the 
fuselage  lift = 11,
     while the  tail lift = -1

Is 11 greater than -1?
        Why yes, the increment is: 11 - (-1) = 12.
              Substantially greater, you would say, but not infinitely?
