This does make it considerably better -- that it seems to be looking for
ACHIEVEMENT that should be expected from 1 hr instruction/2 hr homework.

Yeah, but how do you "reasonably approximate" something that was
completely unreasonable to begin with?

At best, it seems like a full-employment program for lawyers.

without causing quite so much collateral damage?
