The Keeper of the Trinity College Clock, which is presently celebrating 
its centennial,
would like to improve its going from a second per month, to a second per 
year.
He is much troubled by pigeons however. He asks,
" If the mean global air temperature rose by say 4 degC,
would there be any change in sea level air pressure?"
