SALINAS, Calif. -- The California Energy Commission is looking to set
the first mandatory energy limits on television sets -- and many LCD
and Plasma TVs don't meet the proposed regulations.
p.s. Our Moonbeam Governor may run for a third term. He's
grandfathered from the term limit (up to two more), and has a good
chance. Many realize he was prescient.
