Re: [Phys-l] About galvanometer in Wheatstone bridge

I found a copy of Strutt's collected papers.

Here is a pointer to volume 3. The page you need is 452 on.

Actually this is the Google books version, which was in turn uploaded to
the on line reader of Internet Archives - American Libraries.
But that PDF version is not happy to be pointed at, so I hope
this source serves better.

Hello:

I am looking for a detailed discussion about the classical combination Galvanometer- Wheatstone bridge, in particular the sensitivity calculus in vicinity of the balance. Can you recommend any paper/book ?.
Thanks very much.

John Strutt considered the factors affecting the Wheatstone bridge's
sensitivity in this earliest(?) paper on the topic.
