In a rather simple-minded, but useful, text, I found the da Vinci app.:
Vertically hinged boards, insides covered w/ blot paper, and leaky (non
chaotic) faucet above. Clap together (jerked string) to collect the
data. Text comments this was ~ two cents. before calculus.
