Re: [Phys-l] "Lazy members"

When I saw this subject line I thought it would be about members who are too lazy to unsubscribe properly.

I have been trying to unsubscribe for days now. The web page for doing so just doesnt work. Can somebody, the list owner perhaps or anyone help?

People, I'm of two (or more) minds on this. My impression is many
questions asked of this list are easily answered by Googling, but, OTOH,
I find it useful for me to do the googling, as it adds to my knowledge.
So, on balance, the compromise might be for "us" to google first then,
if necessary, ask. AND if the successful result is thought
interesting, to post.

What say you?

p.s. This has little to do w/ the most recent question (R values), tho
it did engender the thought.
