[Phys-L] Re: intelligent design +- elections

Here bc goes again bringing up something off topic, but ....

"In this case, a board member's church raised money to influence the
school board. The money was given to the board president by that board
member. The purpose was to purchase the ID books, in order to influence
the school board to do what was in the interest of the church."

IF, CONCOMITANTLY, ELECTION INFLUENCE WAS INVOLVED, THE CHURCH WILL BE
IN DANGER OF LOSING ITS TAX EXCEPT STATUS. Vide:

Of course, maybe not. The above case was an evil liberal church (Note,
Peace Prize winner D. Tutu's presence.), while the Dover's is a saintly one.

Is there any doubt about the lack of separation of church and state (school) as
a result of reading this post? Jack: what did you find missing relevancy?

I don't understand the relevancy to the discussion of these "additional
details". Would you please explain.
