[Phys-L] Re: FL stamps out dictator professors

Actually there's no "leftist" or "dictator" language in the proposed
bill
(http://www.flsenate.gov/data/session/2005/House/bills/billtext/pdf/h083
700.pdf). There are also no statements in the proposed bill to "stamp
out dictator professors" or for students, teachers, and school
administrators to sue various combinations of each other.

Don't think anyone made that claim i.e. in the bill (straw man
argument)

The claims related to the expected effect belief on the part of the
writer.

Here's a "pro" (as opposed to student) news article w/ which one my compare.

bc, who has much more to write, no surprise, but will hold his tongue,
for the time being.

That kind of language is spewed out in Vanlandingham's editorial column
on Wednesday (http://www.alligator.org/pt2/050323freedom.php) in the
Alligator, which is the University of Florida campus newspaper.
