[Physltest] [Phys-L] Re: ISOLATION TRANSFORMER

Can someone explain, in High School terms if possible, the basic
principles by which such a device operates?

Thanks for any help on this one.

A 1:1 ratio power transformer with adequate insulation has the helpful
property that if one output line is accidentally grounded, there is no
continuing current from that cause.
