searches in progress at Boulby Mine (North Yorkshire). Originally a collaboration between Imperial College, CLRC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and University of Sheffield, and known as UKDMC, the project has now expanded to include non-UK participation in some experiments and been re-named BDMC (B for Boulby). Experiments seek to detect presence of WIMP dark matter particles in the Milky Way galaxy. Links to many other dark matter websites are provided.
