Well... what exactly was the "big bang?" Was it not some sort of big
"conversion" of energy into matter and antimatter? If not, where did
the matter and antimatter come from?

And what exactly does E=mc^2 mean? Doesn't it mean mass and energy are
equivalent?

Phil Morrison certainly agrees on the last point. He states it very
clearly in 'The Ring of Truth--Change". He suggests that the equation
should be simplified conceptually to E = M.
