Re: PER for physics departments - Corrected Heller Reference

In a post of 25 September titled "Re: PER for physics departments"
[Hake (2004)], I wrote:

"Rather [than 'provide a list of research-based teaching approaches
in the order of increasing degree of reformation'], it might be
better to follow Ken Heller's
<http://www.spa.umn.edu/directory/heller> lead [Heller (1999a,b)] and
list courses that 'do not significantly change the course content and
can be incorporated within its traditional framework of lectures,
recitation sections, and laboratories.' "

I gave the Heller (1999a) reference as:

Heller, K.J. 1999a. "Introductory physics reform in the traditional
format: an intellectual framework," AIP Forum on Education
Newsletter, Summer: pp. 7-9; formerly online at
<http://webs.csu.edu/~bisb2/FEdnl/heller.htm>, NOW A LINKROTTED URL.

Thanks to APS Webmaster Joanne Fincham, the linkrot has now been
irradicated. The corrected reference is:

Heller, K.J. 1999a. "Introductory physics reform in the traditional
format: an intellectual framework," AIP Forum on Education
Newsletter, Summer: pp. 7-9. The entire 1999 Summer Newsletter may be
downloaded at <http://www.aps.org/units/fed/newsletters/index.cfm> /
"Summer 1999," where "/" means "click on," or more directly by
clicking on
<http://www.aps.org/units/fed/newsletters/summer99.pdf> (8 MB).
