Congratulations to Carl Mungan

I just opened my November issue of TPT and was pleasantly surprised to an
article from frequent Phys-L contributor Carl Mungan.

I want to be the first offer congrats and bring it to the attention of the
group.

As the youngin's say "whoooo-hooooo"!
