JULY 11 FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS DISCOUNT
Discounted rooms are available at three nearby hotels and the UW dorms
for
attendees of the summer meeting in Madison, WI. In order to get the
special conference rate, reservations must be made by Friday, July 11,
2003. Choices include: Hilton Monona Terrace, Madison Concourse Hotel,
Best Western Inn at the Park and a limited number of dormitory rooms.

PREREGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR MADISON MEETING, JULY 13, 2003
Preregister for the 127th National Meeting by July 13 and save as much
as
$25 over the onsite registration fee. No preregistration applications
will
be accepted after that date. More information can be found on our

The deadlines for signing up for the summer meeting tours are quickly
approaching. Three tours are planned for the summer meeting in Madison:
Taliesin (August 5, 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.), DEADLINE JULY 11, Yerkes
Observatory (August 4, 8 a.m.-10 a.m.) DEADLINE JULY 18, and Synchrotron
Radiation Center (August 4, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.) DEADLINE JULY 18.
Tours
are subject to cancellation if minimum registration numbers are not met.
