There is a certain difficulty in providing liquid fuel to the
rocket thrusters of satellites. Setting a pipe into a blob of fuel
in zero-g and vacuum and applying suck is likely to run into difficulties.
One approach is to set capllary plates into the fuel, and letting unbalanced
capillary force move the fuel to a feed point. I came across a pretty time
sequence of capillary movement between plates in low-g on some NASA
web site.
The leading edge of the advance was all but semicircular.
