Re: APS meeting

This is the way it is supposed to work. Show your AAPT membership card at
the APS registration desk. They will give you a special AAPT visitor badge
that will allow you into the sessions sponsored by the Forum on Education
and Forum on the History of Physics.

In the AAPT Update 2003 Number 1, there was the following item:
----------------

AAPT members can attend, free of charge, all sessions sponsored by bo=

the Forum on Education and the Forum on History of Physics at the Apr=

2003 APS meeting in Philadelphia, PA, April 5-8, 2003. Go to

Does this mean that AAPT members do not have to register for the
meeting? How do the "badge monitors" know who are AAPT members?
