Also - comparing inoculation and homeopathy is like comparing apples and
oranges. A vaccine has organisms in it that are readily detectable. Homeopathic
doses are diluted to the point that no original molecules of the "similar"
agent are contained in the dose (if you put a little salt in water and then do
a dozen or so 1 percent dilutions there are no salt molecules left in the final
result because you've exceeded the inverse of Avagadro's Number). Homeopaths
claim that this doesn't matter because water keeps a memory of the agent - this
goes beyond fringe science deeply into pseudoscience.
