Re: Lazy?

<<In a few seconds many star chart resources were listed
on my computer screen. One of these provided free star charts for
the current night . Perhaps the students were correct and should be
complimented for their insight<<

This assignment had them do
Rise, Set times for the Sun, Moon and any visible planets.
Moon phase and portion of disk illuminated
5-7 constellations and a bright star in each
Little stories about the constellations
Names of any planet's moons that are visible
A couple pieces of trivia about the visible planets
A globular cluster with age and size

An open cluster with age and size
A nebula and a discussion of the type of nebula it is.
A double star
A galaxy with distance

Even Sky and Telescope's monthly star charts or their interactive sky charts has all this information.

Oh I forgot any cool happenings like Iridium flashes or meteor showers.
