Bill Gates is fantastically rich and powerful because he half stumbled half
got pushed into a natural monopoly which he has been ruthlessly and
shamelessly exploiting ever since, the many good people who work for him
have nevertheless managed to do some good despite the klugy, bloated
framework and antisocial policies they are saddled with, and my email
address is an embarssment to me.
