In all my 7 years of education, I had 3 weeks of thermo. I kid you not. I didn't take it in grad school..I don't recall it being offered either.
I have a BS in Physics with a minor in math and astrophysics from University of Missouri-St. Louis
I have a Masters in Science (thesis option) in Astrophysics. I went to Iowa State University for Grad school. If you think that I missed something in my grad education, talk to Dr. Hodges, who is on this list.
I have taught the first semester of physics twice now. Neither time we made it to thermo.
I worked my butt off for my GPA in undergrad. My last semester of grad school I found out I have ADHD.
I don't have to ask for help. I can stay clueless. I don't mind. I will just not teach that stuff.
