I believe that your point of view is correct.
My report would have certain erudition. I suppose that the current  knowledge
of mental operation permits at least,  justify achievements, and  prevent
potential conflicts.
How would I, in certain form, venture results  without going through the process
 of  making large amount of observations ?.
