I dunno, although I suspect that these people are primarily clearing
houses for dealers. Ask. The worst thing they can do is say "no."

Have you looked into eBay or any of the other auction sites? Also
check out Amazon, they seem to have some sort of individual used book
selling service, but since I have never used it, I   can't say what
it is.

Depending on how venerable they are, you might query the History of
Science, Medicine and Technology list to see if there might be a
market there.
