Re: Where is the jet?

I am offended by this. Deeply, truly, personally offended.

1) The blatant disregard for the truth would offend me
even in the absence of the following aggravating factors.

2) It's not polite to call somebody a liar. At the very
least, one has a duty of care. The authors of this website
implicitly at this URL
http://www.asile.org/citoyens/numero13/pentagone/erreurs_en.htm
and explicitly at this URL
http://www.asile.org/citoyens/numero13/livre/index.htm
call a lot of people liars.

They call it "a little game." I assure you it was not a
game for the people involved. People think that war is a
bad thing. But this war did not open with an act of war
in the usual sense, it opened with a war crime, an atrocity.

To blame the victims of this atrocity is very, very offensive.

3) To deny what happened to that airliner is also to deny
what happened to the 64 people on board. Do the authors
want us to believe that these people (and others on the
ground) didn't really die? Are their families lying, too?
Are they making it all up?

This is very, very, very offensive.

Not explicitly physics but I received the following URL and wondered

Look, you're a smart guy. Please tell me what you
reckon an aluminum tube is SUPPOSED to look like
after it decelerates from 800 km/h to zero by hitting
the reinforced wall of a fortress, and then is exposed
to extreme temperatures for an hour or so.

While you're at it, please tell me what you reckon
the passengers look like. Be specific.

Tell me whether this is consistent with the satellite
images you cited.
