Not really, if one will accept an analog meter. I have several watt meters --
d'Arsonval with the permanent magnet replaced by a coil in series and the armature in
parallel (with a multiplier resistor) with the load. This method automatically
compensates for the power factor.

Volt-amps is easy to measure because it is easy to measure rms volts and rms
amps. Power is more difficult to measure, i.e. requires more than a simple
multimeter.
