We get 1:1 credit, but ... humanities and social science faculty teaching
loads are defined as 7 courses per year, which means 21 contact hours. Lab
science faculty load is set at 24 contact hours ... which means 8 courses.
This was instituted years ago as a "teaching load reduction" from 8 courses
to 7 courses. Bad math.
