Skin depth wouldn't be an applicable quantity here. The wavelength is
3E8m/s/60s^-1 = 5000 km. So you might consider a power station in a
different part of the continent as a radiation source, but form nearby
power line, appliances etc you can treat it as a dc magnetic field
problem as far as penetration goes. So what is the magnetic
permeability of flesh?
