At the top
It is great to be
But artificial feeling
Of superiority

With head in clouds
Best take a break
Before discovery
You’re just a fake

Life is short
So enjoy the trip
Play with your kids
So they might skip

The blinders on
Books in hand
Studying for tests
Life preplanned

Interesting problems
There for the taking
Risk making thoughts
Not grade making

Think about friends
And what life can be
So don’t miss out on
The better things to see

That lighten the heart
And thoughts provoke
Put bounce in the step
Intelligence uncloak

School is artificial
Grading A,B, C or D
The way to fail Life
Don’t be what you want to be.
