Jane,
I couldn't find where to download the "Foundations of Mechanics" article.
It wasn't in the URL you list below (unless I'm blind, a possibility), I
found something called "New Foundations for Mathematical Physics", that
articles and sample table of contents, but not specifically what you
mentioned; can you guide me (and perhaps others ) further?  His home page
only gives me the "Geometric Calculus" option (the URL you listed) or the
Modeling Pedagogy option.
