I see your point. Certainly the age of the Earth, which certainly
contributes to cosmolgy, was tackled using tools from chemistry; in fact
the question would generally be considered to be a part of geology. I
would think that on issues that are active now there would be much more
physics than other sciences in cosmology, but I am not really an expert
and I'll be interested in what people come up with.

I was also thinking in terms of astrophysics and cosmology both
being a part of astronomy, so that astronomy itself doesn't count. That
assumption could be argued as well.
